Searching for a more natural way to enjoy life Fiona Cameron from Scotland went on a search for natural products in Cuzco, Peru where she lives. Since 2004 she and Carmen Pedraza have been making natural soap.
The business began in Fiona’s kitchen with a few wooden boxes, pots and ingredients from a few different areas of Peru. With the assistance of a dear friend in Katherine Dunning they made their first batches of soap.
Over the years they have had their ups and downs including burnt soap and cream all up the walls in the experiments that brought them to the quality product they produce today.
Their small business has grown to be government recognized laboratory with 3 fulltime staff members and is situated in the industrial park of Cusco. the product range has increased and now includes natural body cream, lotions, delicious Andean essential oils, massage oils with rich jojoba oil from the coast and liquid soaps for your body and home.
They pride themselves in giving fair wages for a fair job and finding the best ingredients in Peru to bring you their quality creation. T’ika.
